Overview Scrapbooks related to Clifford M. Ulp and the Rochester Athenaeum and Mechanics Institute (renamed the Rochester Institute of Technology in 1944). Ulp served as a faculty member and then the director of the Institute's art and design program from 1921 to 1952. The scrapbooks contain clippings and various pieces of ephemera such as event programs and invitations.

Overview Digital audio recordings of Robert H. Johnston during his time at RIT. Dr. Robert H. Johnston spent twenty years as a professor and administrator at the Rochester Institute of Technology. He eventually became the Dean of the College of Fine and Applied Arts. In 1990 he was named a Special Assistant to the President of R.I.T. Dr. Johnston most known for developing a system of using digital imaging to decode damaged and ancient texts including the Dead Sea Scrolls.
