Scope and Contents

One 6" fountain pen in a 7" brown cardboard pen box. Pen is black with clear lycra handle, written on it is "The President -The White House." Pen is an Esterbrook 2668, Made in USA.

Inside the box is a typed note which reads "One of the pens used by the President, June 8, 1965, in signing H. R. 7031, An Act to provide for the establishment and operation of a National Technical Institute for the Deaf. On box is written "For Bill Castle."
