Bruce Austin, professor and former chairman of the Department of Communication, is the current RIT Press Director. He is a widely published scholar with long experience in print media.

Bruce is the author of author of Frans Wildenhain, 1950-75: Creative and Commercial American Ceramics at Mid-Century. The papers in this collection pertain to the research and writing of this book.
